AUTHENTIC -Liza Minnelli Worn Dress! [ORDER ITEM - #7533] Click on image for additional photos!		# 7533 - c. 1980's ANDRE VAN PIER Silver Swarovski Crystals and Silver Beaded Dress!  Worn by Liza Minnelli!  Here's the sad story of Andre Van Pier, a designer who reached the pinnacle in the celebrity fashion industry in the 1980s, and died alone and broke and buried by the State in an unmarked grave in August 2008.  I'm sure at some point there will be a movie made of his life. Perhaps best known for creating Dustin Hoffman's red sequined gown for Tootsie, his clients included Princess Diana, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Liza Minnelli, Mick Jagger, Joan Collins, etc!  His crystal sequined bras (just a BRA!) would retail for $1,400 (nearly $3,000 today).  So this would have been well.. over $10,000 today??   Attached on the dress is a hand signed tag from Andre Van Pier with Liza Minnelli's name!!!  You can just image Liza Minnelli in this, but I have not yet found any photos of her wearing it. ;(   Excellent condition... maybe 7 rhinestones missing (see photo) on shoulder (you can purchase loose rhinestones online!).  Lined in striped sheer silk.  Comes with COA from Andre Van Pier/FIT as worn by Liza Minnelli.   There's nothing much more sparkly than a dress made of all silver Swarovski crystals (really Swarovski!).  I only wish I had movies imbedded in this website so you can see the sparkles as you move!  I added two photos of me in a Swarovski Crystal dress from the 1980's (worn in 2010) so you can see just how it will sparkle at your event!!!!   Sold at the Martha boutique (highend!), this dress still has the original tag attached!!  Guess Liza only wore it for a short time, and it was so expensive that it might have been retuned to the store.  Not sure.  Comes with COA from Andre Van Pier/FIT as worn by Liza Minnelli, along with the Andre Van Pier hand written and signed tag!!  Also Listed in the 1930-Today and Memorabilia Categories.  $ 3,500.    Approx. - SIZE 6 (check measurements above)

AUTHENTIC -Liza Minnelli Worn Vest! [ORDER ITEM - #3578] Click on image for additional photos!		#3578 - c. 1980's Original DONNA KARAN Glitzy Gold Leather Vest worn by LIZA MINNELLI! Gold Leather!!!  Looks so much like something Versace would have designed. Nothing like I would assume would have a Donna Karan label. Zipper front, along with zipper pockets and a zipper neck (for no reason). Wear under a black jacket for a hint of the blazing gold, or wear alone to dazzle. Go try to find another! AUTHENTIC -Liza Minnelli Worn Gloves in CABARET! [ORDER ITEM - #3593] Click on image for additional photos!		#3593 - TWO Pair of Black Cotton Crocheted Gloves as worn in CABARET from the Personal Estate of LIZA MINNELLI!  I have two pairs of these gloves, so you can either buy them together, or buy one pair.  Neither of these pair have been cut (as you see in the Liza photo to allow the fingers through).  So, they were either worn by Liza on stage in other renditions of Cabaret, or they were additional pairs on "standby".  They seem to be original old gloves rather than reproductions as they are slightly different from each other.  Both black, both net. AUTHENTIC - LIZA MINNELLI Worn! SOLD Liza Minnelli in these glasses		# 7115 - c. 2000's SKY EYES White Owl Shaped Sunglasses Worn by Liza Minnelli!  OK... I ALWAYS seek out photos of the celebrity actually wearing the item I am selling.  Just helps to complete the authenticity.... even though I guarantee everything I sell is, indeed, authentic!  I do everything in my power to make absolutely sure!  I don't know when this photo of Liza was taken, but prior to 2005 when these glasses were sold at Star Wares in Hollywood (comes with that COA).  And the glasses themselves?  According to the Sky Eyes website:  "Fashion victims will be enthused by the Sky Eyes sun collection. Vintage, rounded, cat’s-eyed or pilot shaped, there is something for every taste. This Marseille line is not only very trendy but also earmarked to fashion codes. Well-known for the creativity of its stylist team and the quality of its sun lenses.  A stylish and remarkable collection, tailor-made for fashion lovers."  There ya go! :)   They sell (without the provenance) for $100 - $200. AUTHENTIC - Liza Minnelli Auction SOLD		# 3591 - Original LIZA MINNELLI's Stage Tuxedo Tails Jacket with Original Mme Berthe White Halter Backless Vest!  I have already sold Liza Minnelli's Barbara Matera made costume tux jacket worn in "Victor/Victoria" on Broadway (see photo below), and this tux tails jacket and white vest came from the same Liza Minnelli/David Gest auction from 2002.  However, I have not been able to find any photos of where Liza wore this jacket.  It's different from the Victor/Victoria piece, and was obviously made for the stage. So... who happens to have the info??  I offer a small finders fee for whoever is the first to get me a photo of the star wearing the pieces I'm selling.  I only sell what I'm absolutely SURE is genuine, so it's just finding that "photo in a haystack".  Or there might be Liza fans who will know in a second!  This classic tuxedo jacket with tails comes with attached white "cuffs" and closes with just a simple "frog" button across the front.  The white halter vest has an insert "blouse" that is just sewn on... easily removed, so it's possible it was worn with or without that "blouse dickey".  Both pieces in Excellent condition, though the white vest is dirtied with makeup, and I have found three tiny moth holes (see photos)... which can be fixed, but are visible only on inspection. AUTHENTIC -Liza Minnelli  SOLD		# 3655 - c. 1970's Original LIZA MINNELLI's Back Up Dancer's Bowlers!  From the Liza Minnelli / David Gest estate sale back in 2002.  There were originally SIX hats.. all the same... from the back up dancers.  Comes with a COA from the estate.  All in Very Good condition... but have been used on stage.  And were stored stacked, so will need a bit of steaming.  Final Sale Movie/Memorabilia piece. $ 95. each    ALL SOLD
SOLD		#3657 - Original LIZA MINNELLI's Custom Made Stage Tuxedo Tails Jacket by BARBARA MATERA! "Miss Minnelli" Written on Tag! Just Discovered Photo of Tux worn during "Victor/Victoria" on Broadway! Barbara Matera (1929-2001) made many of Liza Minnelli's costumes, as well as many others in a career spanning five decades making costumes. Most recently her costumes were seen on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast, Aida, The Lion King, and 42nd Street. Highlights of her career include Broadway's A Chorus Line, La Cage Aux Folles, Victor/Victoria, Dreamgirls, and her film credits include The Great Gatsby, The Wiz, Moonstruck, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and 101 Dalmations. This jacket is a classic tuxedo jacket with tails with satin buttons and wide lapels and white hanky. Designed with extra width at back for easy movement and invisible closure at front. SOLD		#3600 - Original LIZA MINNELLI's Black Leather and Gold Chains Stage Worn Collar!! Wow! I can guarantee Liza wore this on stage!! Unless she is a dominatrix in her private life! A black leather neckband with padded shoulder pads studded with gold metal dots, and fully trimmed in front, sides, and partial back with gold metal chains. Quite heavy. Excellent condition. SOLD
Worn by Liza in 1987 movie  "Rent-a-Cop" SOLD		#3612d - c. 1980's CLAUDE MONTANA for STEPHANE KELIAN, Paris Blue/Green Suede Zip Front Booties owned and worn by LIZA MINNELLI! Liza loved these booties so much, she bought at least three pairs in different colors. She might have had more, but I got my hands on three! Blue/Green suede booties with zipper front. Tongue under zipper peeks out over top in front just a smidge. Another zipper at the back for show! Excellent condition. Here's your chance to walk in Liza's shoes! :) I just had one of my website customers tell me that they noticed that Liza wore these blue/green booties in a scene with Dionne Warwick in the 1987 film "Rent-A-Cop."  Thanks STEVE!!! SOLD		#3654 - Original CLAUDE MONTANA Encrusted Silver Beaded and Rhinestone Bodysuit worn by LIZA MINNELLI! This is one of the most incredible pieces of clothing I have seen! Extremely heavy. Three-dimensional beading fully encrusted with silver sequins, silver thin dangles and the most fabulous addition of sewn on prong-set rhinestones in various shapes and sizes!! This is one of those pieces that could have easily cost $10,000 new, and likely a one-of-a-kind couture or costume piece by Montana. I can't confirm that, but it's that amazing!! When you see it in person, you will understand. Excellent condition exterior... sheer lining is torn a bit in the sleeves. SOLD		#3594 - c. 1930's LIZA MINNELLI's Favorite DOBBS Fifth Avenue, New York Black Felt Bowler! RARE Dobbs Bowler Hat!  Liza had just a very few favorite antique black felt bowlers that she used and wore throughout her career.  This hat was purchased directly from the Liza auction.... and the description read, "Liza's favorite bowler hat".  I have no reason to question that. And certainly looks like those you see in her photos.  Labeled inside Size 7, with the original old satin lining, brown leather band, and Dobbs green label.  The interior lining is pulled away from the leather band in the back.  There is a piece of tape in the front, a cardboard tag stapled inside (like a claim check), and a handwritten ink "P.B." on the leather (I'm assuming this was the original owner).  The exterior is Very good condition. Trimmed in black grosgrain ribbon and bow band, and grosgrain edge of brim.  The shape is fine, though has extreme minor "finger" indentations at edge (she held it as you know!), and minor scuffing at the top.  SOLD
SOLD		#3658 - c. 1980's THIERRY MUGLER Black Patent Leather Belt with Black Patent Leather Long Gloves owned by LIZA MINNELLI! Oh.... my..... gosh!! Get all the children out of the room before you click on the photo at the left!! I only wish I had a live model to show this outfit off to you. As it is, I had to hike it up and hold it with the belt and photograph quickly before it fell over. Please imagine this filled out with flesh! What does one call this?????   NOTE:  The patent Boot/stockings were fine until I tried them on, and they started cracking... so.. I'm just selling the gloves and belt... and the booted/stockings will be thrown in!  So you get long, long black patent leather gloves with silver buckles high up on the back, and a matching Thierry Mugler black patent leather belt with matching silver buckle. Are the boot/stockings and gloves by Thierry Mugler?? I don't know... no labels. Wacky enough to be, but it could also be a costume designer outfit. Something tells me Liza didn't wear this on the street... likely stage wear. So.. all you divas out there that MUST have the ultimate... shake, shake, shake your bootie in this outfit!! SOLD		#3621b - c. 1980's Original LISA HO Sheer Black Chiffon Pleated Mini Overdress worn by LIZA MINNELLI! I'd love to have seen how Liza wore this dress. She probably wore it with a sheer bodysuit. But I doubt you will want to do that. I might try with a black scoop neck tank top and tight straight short skirt. Might look great. Or be as creative as you want with this! Even wear as a gorgeous beach coverup! Or a babydoll robe. Whatever you want... I'm just curious to know what you decide! :) Measures: 32" long from shoulder to hem, Elastic covered waist. SOLD		#3584 - c. 1997 LIZA MINNELLI's RARE Wig Worn in "Victor/Victoria" on Broadway! In 1997 Liza returned to Broadway for the first time in nearly 13 years!  Liza took over the title role of Victor/Victoria replacing Julie Andrews who took a vacation from January 7 - Feb 2. With Liza filling in, standing ovations became the norm, and ticket sales broke records! The wig comes directly from her personal estate auction in 2002.  Comes mounted on the styrafoam head (just as I received it).  Beautifully designed on a very sheer netting, each individual hair attached to create an extremely lifelike wig. Stiffened hair to retain it's shape.  An EXTREMELY rare piece of Broadway and/or Liza memorabilia  SOLD
SOLD		#3615 - Antique Silver Art Nouveau Overlay Perfume Bottle owned by LIZA MINNELLI with "LIZA" Engraved! For anyone who loves Liza Minnelli .. or for any other Liza's out there... comes this antique silver engraved perfume bottle with original stopper. Liza is engraved in lovely script. Excellent condition. Left unpolished, but still quite shiny... just as it was from the Liza Minnelli's home! Approximately 4.5" high by 4.5" across. Decent size. The number 5118 is etched on to the bottom of the stopper and number 518 on the bottom of the bottle. A truly special memorabilia item. SOLD
SOLD		#3616 - c. 1990 LIZA MINNELLI's TIFFANY & CO. STERLING SILVER CIGARETTE CASE! I don't know who "Sara" is, but she obviously loved Liza as this sterling silver Tiffany cigarette case was presented "To Liza, Love, Sara 3 - 12 - 90". The case isn't perfect, but I'm assuming if you took it to Tiffany's they would be able to fix it for you.  The cover is slightly dented as is the back, and therefore the case doesn't close properly.  The interior is perfect and exciting!   I polished it up for the photo, but it may arrive slightly tarnished... that's silver for you!  It's marked "TIFFANY & Co" and  "STERLING" on the side (see photo).  Cigarette cases are sure to become collectors items as smoking continues to go the way of the dinosaur.  Don't just collect a case... collect a case previously owned by a superstar!  SOLD
SOLD		#3575 - Amazing Original THIERRY MUGLER Black Sequin Gown worn by LIZA MINNELLI! A Thierry Mugler black sequin wraparound stage dress with silver belt buckle, personally owned and worn by Liza Minnelli. This gown must have cost twice this price new, even without the Liza Minnelli provenance. Excellent condition with the classic Mugler architectural cut and shape. Short cuffed sleeves, wrap front with attached "belt" with large silver buckle. Open slit front to show some leg as you walk. A definite show-stopper! SOLD		#3619 - c. 1992 ISSAC MIZRAHI White Stretch Gown owned and worn by LIZA MINNELLI in London as Guest of Princess Diana! As I said... "I'm sure if you look through old People Magazines or London Royal rags, you will find a photo of Liza Minnelli meeting Princess Diana", well two webviewers were kind enough to email me the photos and information that I assumed you would find! Seems it was at a charity premiere of "Stepping Out" at the Empire Cinema, Leicester Square in September of '92. As you can see in the photo, Liza wore the gown up on one shoulder and strapless on the other.. which explains why only one underarm has the slight marks! Wonderful gown (looks better with actual legs) white jersey knit gown with slightly off-white taffeta ruffle covering the entire bodice and upper arms. The gown itself is sleeveless. Measures: 58" long from shoulder to hem, with a 19" slit at the back of the skirt. No closures, just slips on over the head. Excellent condition except for light underarm marks on one side (can't see unless you raise your arm over your head with the ruffle) and a slightly dirty hemline. SOLD on LAYAWAY		#3599 -c. 1918 British Hallmarked Sterling Silver Regal Hounds Head Walking Cane Used by LIZA MINNELLI After Her Hip Surgery in 1994!  In 1994 Liza underwent hip replacement surgery.  This is THE cane that she used for recovery after getting out of the wheelchair. The cane comes directly from her personal estate auction in 2002. Marked British Silver with the lion passant which is the symbol for sterling silver (925) and the anchor which is the city mark for Birmingham.  The "K" and "C" might be makers marks. The "T" dates the cane to 1918. The sterling dog hounds head measures: 1.5" high x 4" long. The sterling band with hallmarks is 1/2" high.  The glossy ebony black wooden stick is 35" long and has a rubber tip at bottom for use.  Total height for the cane is 37".  Condition is Very good with three small nicks from ebony (showing through light wood - touch up is simple), and a few scrapes... and the dog head shows some pitting and dings, but nothing more than normal wear. I'm sure if you look hard, you can find a photo of Liza using this cane.  It's certainly distinctive! Wonderfully Regal!!!  Also Listed in the Hat's etc. Category. SOLD
SOLD		#3618 - c. 1972 Original LIZA MINNELLI's Purple Jersey Costume with Macrame Braiding and Decorations! Comes with the original LIFE magazine from February 4, 1972 with the photo of Liza wearing this costume from her nightclub act as part of the magazine spread as you see above. Purple micromini one-piece bodysuit with nude open-look sides and front. Macrame hip hugging "belt" is attached as well as all the decorative trim. No arm band is included. Condition of this item is only good, as the back zipper is rusted shut, there are stains on the nude mesh, and many of the the mirror/glass decorative circles are tarnished. The color difference is just a lighting issue... this IS the costume you see in the photos. Still a rare early costume - historic memorabilia - from the show business legend. SOLD
SOLD		#3583 - c. 1980's Original ISAAC MIZRAHI Off-White Satin Bodysuit with Tan Topstitching worn by LIZA MINNELLI!  This blouse was supposed to be worn by Liza to a Chanel Fashion Show, but I have no confirmation of that.  However, Isaac Mizrahi and Liza were good friends, so much so that Mr. Mizrahi designed the costumes for Liza's 1991 stage show "Stepping Out" which netted him a 1993 Emmy Nomination for the 1992 televised PBS special based on that production.
