AUTHENTIC - Carol Channing / Bob Mackie

 SOLD
#3287 - 1960's CAROL CHANNING's Red Winter Military Costume Jacket Designed by BOB MACKIE! Fine Hollywood Memorabilia piece by the Master, Bob Mackie and worn by Carol Channing! This red military jacket features gold velvet cuffs and brass buttons and zips up the back for quick costume change. It is a very heavy-weight winter jacket, designed not to show the warmth, so it was likely worn for an outside concert - she looked like a real trooper out in the cold without wearing a coat... but trust me, she was warm! Comes with original COA (Certificate of Authenticity) from TreasureQuest Auction Galleries and signed by Carol Channing. Very Good condition with just some wear to the the gold braiding at neckline / epaulets as shown. Tassel at back zipper allows for easy zip down.

AUTHENTIC - MGM Studios Wardrobe Piece

SOLD
#3062 - Vintage Revolutionary War Waistcoat from Hollywood's MGM Studios! This vest was purchased along with a number of other costumes/accessories in 1970 at the MGM Studios Liquidation Sale. Although it does not have an MGM label it does have an MGM laundry tag and an Eaves Costume Co., NY label. Because a fountain pen was used this may date back to the 1920's. It has seven brass buttons and it appears to be made from wool, gabardine weight. Size is marked 40. A certificate of authenticity (COA) is from the person who purchased directly from MGM, and will show pictures of the MGM sale where they purchased it. Very Good condition except for the tear at the center back top. I assume you will wear a jacket over... or you can tell everyone it was from a bayonet! Why get a cheap imitation of a costume... get a true Hollywood piece! Under $150, so final sale.

AUTHENTIC - Paramount Studios Movie Piece

SOLD

#3239 - 1959 Original PARAMOUNT STUDIOS Costume from the 1959 Movie, Li'l Abner with Designed Rips and Tears! A comedy musical based on an earlier stage musical, which was based on the comic strip characters created by Al Capp. Got that? Now for the movie summary: When residents of Dogpatch, USA are notified by the government that they must evacuate, they try to persuade the government that their town is worth saving. Meanwhile, Earthquake McGoon wants to marry Daisy Mae; Daisy Mae wants to marry Li'l Abner, and Li'l Abner wants to go fishing. Daisy Mae has pledges herself to Earthquake in marriage in exchange for saving Abner from Bullmoose. Will Abner and Daisy Mae ever finally hook up together?! Do you really care? But what fun to wear an actual outfit from that Hollywood movie! This cute 2-piece outfit is worn by a dancer in the movie. Her name is written on the Paramount tag, but hard to read. The red top has one sleeve and is lined in red and white stripes. The little 'skirt' is a mustard gold and is lined with green material. There are also two pictures from the movie showing the outfit being worn. Hard to tell you condition.. what would I say? There are rips and tears! :) However, there is some bodice spots that may not be designed.

SOLD

#1812 - c. 1990's LILY & TAYLOR Lime Green Suit worn by Fran Drescher on the TV Program "THE NANNY" - Television Memorabilia! This outfit was purchased in a lot of 5 outfits worn by Fran Drescher on her TV Program, "The Nanny". Each has an attached tag and came from a Hollywood re-sale shop in Los Angeles. My parents and I watched as many re-runs of The Nanny as possible to guarantee authenticity! I found this suit in episode 6-11 (year 6, 11th show) The suit was tailored for Fran.. you can tell from the micromini skirt and the tight butt!!! Great look trimmed in an ultrasuede Leopard Print on the collar, pockets and buttons. Slight padded shoulders, nicely tailored, v-double breasted jacket. Excellent condition (tailored). You must realize that the outfit is SHORT, as you would imagine from seeing the show. Wear it if you've got the nerve, but remember, it's memorabilia!! 34/35" bust, up to 27" waist, up to 36" hips TOPS!

AUTHENTIC - Tim Allen / Home Improvement

SOLD
#3229 - Original TIM ALLEN Wardrobe Racing Jacket from TV Show "Home Improvement" - Authenticated - comes with COA from Disney! My husband was kind enough to model for you! His beard worked quite well for the other jacket, but please just imagine Tim Allen in this, since, indeed, that's who wore it! This black-and-white racing team jacket with yellow trim, checkered-flag sleeves, and the name "Tim" stitched over the heart is an authentic costume piece previously worn by Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor (portrayed by Tim Allen) on Touchstone Television's (that's part of Disney's empire) long-running ABC sitcom "Home Improvement." Shown on hubby who is a perfect size 40R jacket. Fits him normally, but he usually likes to wear things slightly oversized for comfort. So he called this a 39ish size, but certainly wearable for you 40's out there. See below for Al's jacket as well!
