#9466 - c. 1960's RUTH VARLAN Special Koala Print Top Pink and Bright Green Cotton Weave Gown! Cotton print top of this gown.. you have to look closely at the print to see what it is! Took me a few double-takes! Yes, my friends... not ladybugs or flowers... it's a koala bear print!!! Great gown if you are planning a trip "down-under"! I would like to see it with a belt, but none came with it, so a pink ribbon will do! The skirt is a solid bright green cotton weave. Measures: up to 40" bust, up to 34" waist, up to 43" hips, 40" long from waist to hem. Excellent condition. Metal zipper back. Measures smaller due to tight sleeve back. Lilly Pulitzer look. #9504 - c. 1960's Turquoise Silk Print Blouse! A slightly prim blouse due to the baby peter pan color.. but just the right blouse to take down your hair and take off the glasses and unbutton down to "there" for the right guy!! Looks great with the black skirt that I paired with it.. just makes it "pop". Or break out those skin-tight turquoise silk pants and tie this blouse up at the waist. Oh baby! 3/4 length cuffed sleeves (might need to move button on cuff for comfort). Excellent condition. Measures: up to 43" bust (however all these blouses have smallish backs, so I think it's best for about a size 10), 17" across back between armseams, 25" long from back neck to hem. Also Listed in the Special Category.  Under $150, so final sale.

#9502 - c. 1960's TANNER of North Carolina by Dorothy Cox, Polly's Shop, Fishers Island, NY Turquoise and Magenta Silk Print Blouse! Lots of labels for this blouse! Could have an Hawaiian label as it has that tropical feel... yet works great to spruce up any city outfit as well. Get colorful this year! We've had black for too long!!! Excellent condition. Measures up to 46" bust, however all these blouses have small backs, so I think it's best for about a size 8/10, 16" across back between armseams, 25" long from back neck to hem. Sleeves are 3/4 sleeve length (looks longer in photo, but wears just under the elbow!). Also Listed in the Special Category.  Under $150, so final sale.

#9335 - c. 1970 REGALIA IMPORTS, Hong Kong Black Net Beaded and Sequin Dress! I can date this dress based on the photo of my sister, Laurie, wearing a very similar dress. I always thought that was the best photo of her. She has this "faraway" look in her eyes, her long flowing blonde hair was perfect, and she looked like an angel. It was exactly the opposite of my "in your face", nearly Latino, hot tamale brunette look. I was jealous. I wanted to be the angel in all the family plays, but Laurie was always cast in that role. I was the "cop", or "boy", or "bad girl". I guess I will never be an angel. But you can be just like Laurie in this black lace dress covered with silver sequins and seed pearls. Silk lined, except for sleeves which are sheer. The collar, cuffs and front decorative buttons are all completely covered in silver bugle beads! Snap front closure. The "belt" is just a tie I put on.. it doesn't come with the dress but shows you how it can look.... straight or belted. Measures: up to 40" bust, up to 36" waist, up to 42" hips, 16" across the back, 40" long from shoulder to hem. The measurements sound large, but the dress is meant to be worn not tight. It's really the 16" across the back that will be your guide to size. So... measure across the back of your best fitting dresses to check! Under $150, so final sale.

#2647 - c. 1960's Black Chiffon and Beaded Gown! There is NO reason on earth this should be this cheap... other than the fact that you have to be tiny... and since there are fewer of you out-there... you get a huge break in price!!! Gorgeous, perfect... gotta see the fringe black beaded detail of the sleeves!!! The only things to mention are that the neckline is high, so it will feel small ... and the sleeves are also tight. BUT.. if you are thin enough, it will be great on you! Under $150, so final sale.

#9143 - 1970's Tan Leather Cap! Hey J-Lo fans. How about a two-tone tan Leather cap? This hat was sold at Cyreld in Brookline, Massachusetts. Lucky for you I'm from Boston so I know that Cyreld was a very expensive boutique shop! They sold only the best stuff. So this is a great quality hat. Likely pig leather... to be strong enough to keep it's shape. Has the button at top. No brim. Excellent condition. Under $150, so final sale.

#3243 - c. 1980's All Beaded and Sequined Bolero Jacket! This all over sequin jacket actually came with the purple chiffon gown that you see in the photos, but the gown was so beautiful alone, that I thought the best thing to do was to split them up. I just didn't think they worked that well together! I'm sure the designer would disagree with me, but hey... it's my website! :) I'd rather see this jacket with something less dressy... perhaps just a simple sheath dress. Very wide 80's shoulders. Waist length boxy style. No closures, just meant to be worn open. Great large flower design of reds, purples, blues. Excellent condition. Lined in silk. Under $150, so final sale.

Great acrylic, rayon and nylon black sweater with fuzzy off-white angora/wool design... embossed with gold metallic threads for a hint of glitz. Padded shoulders. #2473a - c. early 1970's Designer's Shop at Jordan Marsh Futura Couture of NY "Flower Power" Gown with Matching Overvest! Groovy is the only word to use. But this is from the "Designer's Shop", so it's was likely an expensive outfit when new. The floral bodice and matching sleeveless top are a sheer organdy-type fabric (though the top is double lined). The skirt is a nice weight Navy Blue Quiana jersey... nice feel and nice hanging fabric. Now when you add the overvest, it looks like you are wearing a jacket. It's really a great outfit... if you like the early 70's look! And since Pucci is so popular... I can't imagine other high quality 70's goods won't soon follow. I can't believe I like this... but I really do! And what's more.. my husband's father was Chairman of the Board of Jordan Marsh many years ago, so I love to keep the name of the department store alive! (Jordan Marsh was a major department store for about 100 years in Boston and Florida and was fairly recently taken over by Macy's - so now forever gone.. along with his mother's lifetime 20% discount! Boo hoo!!). Outfit is in Excellent condition... complete with original belt. Measures: 35/36" bust, 27" waist, 40" long from waist, Back zipper, Futura Couture of NY as well as Jordan Marsh Designer's Shop label. Under $150, so final sale.
