High Heeled Sneakers! OK, so here's the second pair
of these Norma Kamali high heeled sneakers that I was damn lucky
enough to find recently! I really hadn't even known that there
was more than one style, but now I do! :) These
are more a pump shape, but still have the sneaker details.
They must have come in other colors as well, but I haven't fully
researched that yet, however I'm assuming these are both from the
same year and collection. Thanks to kickshawproductions.com,
below is a photo of the cover of Sports Style, August 1, 1983, and a
photo of the sneaks in red and white. So I can now date them
exactly (I just LOVE researching!). I hate to sell these, damn
it, but it's my job! As you can see, I couldn't resist trying
them on though (yes, that is MY foot... you should just
photographing your own foot in a shoe... it's not easy! :)
Navy Suede leather upper and off-white rubber, with the original
white laces. Labeled size 7B Excellent condition with just the
most minor wear and some glue residue at the toes (a shoe repair guy
could probably spruce that up, but I leave items are I find them for
historical sake. Patent Pending, Made in Taiwan R.O.C. (that's
Republic of China - for those of you who don't know).
Museum Quality! Any time these high heeled sneakers
come to the market, they sell like hotcakes. Don't miss your chance
