#6018- c. 1930's Exquisite Floral Design of Gold Sequins and Beading on Black Net Bolero! Yeah, sometimes I cheat a bit and put my 1930's items into this earlier category.  I just figure those of you who love the early 1900's pieces need to see these! I actually have a few of these boleros to put up on this website, as I've been hording them for years... but this one is perhaps my favorite (please don't tell the others!).  The richness of the design, the patina of the gold sequins, and the elaborate techniques of beading and sequining (is that a word?) just screams expensive - I'm sure this was owned by a wealthy and fashionable woman.  Excellent condition.   Size is impossible to determine as it has no closure... just supposed to be worn open - shown on a 35" bust mannequin.  Please look at the close-up photos to see all the detailing.  It's really, truly "the best of the best"!
