#3391 - c. 1950's Designer CAHILL Ltd., Beverly Hills Pink Roses Silk Party Dress! I believe this is by far the most beautiful 1950's dress I have ever seen. Based on it's design, construction, fabric and original tag, this dress definitely cost a pretty penny when it was new.  It's original tag reads "Cahill Ltd. Beverly Hills", an expensive wedding gowns designer. It has obviously been well cared for and carefully stored away since then, as it's still in great condition and would be perfect for summer parties, dates, weddings etc. The fabric is a paper thin off-white silk with pink and green rose pattern. There is a off-white satin underskirt and the rest of the dress is lined as well. It has a back metal zipper, a gathered cumberbund and a draped neckline that can be worn a couple of different ways, on or off the shoulders.  Measurements: 36/37" bust (best for wide shoulders and large cup up to "D" cup!), 27" waist, 29" long from waist to hem.
SOLD - but on display in Museum Category for Research/Display
