#2874 - c. 1926 Ecru Silk Satin Wedding Dress, Complete with original Wax Headpiece, Garters, and Gloves! I only wish I had the name of the woman who wore this outfit, but these all came together from one estate as the complete wedding outfit. The lovely ecru silk satin dress is trimmed in lace and faux pearl decorations at yoke and hem. Shirred slight dropped waist with original fabric lily-of-the-valley floral decoration at hip with decorated ribbon streamers trailing down to hemline. The original triple wax and faux pearl headpiece (no veil), has the traditional decorations at the ears and even has a sweet faux bird's nest at the center! Comes with the original silk gloves and fancy ribboned garters. All pieces are in excellent condition with minor darkening at back.
