Quality and certainly the top-of-the-line design. Beautiful, flattering ice blue silk satin with silver beading in a 3-dimensional floral design. Cut leaves with rhinestones and great beaded balls. Beautifully done. Surprising tailoring of diagonal cross waist. Comes with original crinoline so it will "pouf" just as you see it. Measures 36/37" bust, 28.5"-29" waist, 30.5" long skirt.
