# 11145 - c. 1870's 3-piece Brown Victorian Bustle Gown! First let me tell you that I have the button that is missing at the bustline. Sorry, it fell off when I was photographing, so I will sew it back on for you. That's the only sewing I can do! The other button that would have been at the top of the bodice is gone, but this is usually were a large cameo pin or something was worn, so it's possible that button has been gone for quite awhile. Check out the photos to see that there is a skirt and then a separate overskirt with the silk fringe. The bodice has the bustle bow fringe back with the fringe around the "v" front and at the cuffs. Love the detail on the lower skirt... the row of "v" design. So... if you are looking at the photos, you will see that there are a few problems with this gown. There is a section at the side bodice that has holes, and on one shoulder. Also there is a drip stain on the back skirt, and some other holes as you will see in the photos, along with some additional mostly unseen pinholes. You see red under the last holes from the petticoat I have under (doesn't come with it, nor does the bustle cage). Oh, and you will need hooks on the waistbands. Measures: 32" bust (but as most of these are, very small back), up to 26" waist, 39" long from waist to hem in front, 47" long in back.
